Types of Characters

“There are several characteristics of typhus that are most often overlooked, such as chills, headaches, body aches and muscle aches. If left untreated, unwanted complications can occur.”

Typhoid is a disease whose characteristics are almost the same as other diseases, so it is often ignored. The common characteristics of typhoid are decreased appetite, dehydration, fever, chronic stones, and constipation.

The Most Often Ignored Types of Types

The most frequently overlooked features of typhoid are fever accompanied by chills, headache, body aches and muscle aches. The sufferer can even experience mental changes ranging from confusion to coma, enlarged lymph nodes, rash, to organ failure. This is all very likely to happen if the symptoms are not treated immediately.

Most people infected with typhoid will get better after getting antibiotic treatment. Giving the typhoid vaccine can prevent the disease from getting worse. Usually this vaccine is given to people who will travel to areas where typhoid often occurs.

Typhoid is still common in Southeast Asian and South American countries. Children are also more at risk of developing typhoid disease than adults. Another risk factor for a person to be infected with typhoid is if they travel to areas that are still high in infection with this disease or where sanitation is not clean.

Having close contact with someone who is infected or recently infected with typhoid and also drinking water contaminated by sewage containing Salmonella typhi, also increases the risk of typhoid.
