2. Using ginger
Ginger is one of the natural ingredients that is believed to relieve earache complaints, because it is anti-inflammatory. How to use it is quite easy.

You only need to apply crushed or mashed ginger around the outer ear. However, make sure you do not apply ginger into the ear canal.

3. Chewing gum
When traveling by plane, changes in air pressure at altitude usually cause discomfort, even ear pain. To relieve it, you can chew gum. Chewing gum is believed to reduce pressure in the ear.
